A native of the Seattle area, Ariel can easily distinguish each neighborhood in order to better suit his clients’ needs. Whether it’s from new construction homes or a remodeling project, Ariel has been able to guide clients through a transaction thoroughly and smoothly. Growing up, Ariel witnessed his parents establish themselves as successful restaurant owners all from the ground up. Not only did this instill a strong work ethic but also a passion to strive for more. Because of this early exposure to entrepreneurship, this has allowed Ariel to not only pursue a career in real estate but also go above and beyond by catering to everyone as if they’re his only clients. Ariel is an avid Seahawks fan and consistently volunteers throughout the Latino community. He is also bilingual in English and in Spanish. Ariel also enjoys traveling, working out, and being with family whenever he’s not working.
