A friend told me that Arielle Prichard is the "Hermione Granger" of real estate, meaning that she is smarter than most people in the room, does all her homework, pays attention, comes prepared, always goes for the extra credit, notices every detail, has ideas others don't, never settles for good enough, reliably finishes every task with a well-practiced flick of her wand, and is also immensely kind and fair and beautiful and fun. She IS Hermione Granger, and she is the most competent and thorough realtor I have ever worked with. We should all demand these type-A qualities in a realtor! "From the first time she came to the house till closing she was the consummate professional. Arielle guided us in how to market the house explaining how and when to list the property. She advised us on what furniture to remove & what to leave, what should be painted and what color to paint, carpeting to remove, and what flooring to put in the kitchen.
