About Arlee
From her early days at UCLA where she studied environmental design, to her days selling Knoll residential and commercial furniture, to her own firm – It's All About Time, LLC – which managed outsourced concierge and residential management projects for more than a dozen residential condominium communities, Arlee has shared a keen appreciation for design coupled with her professional approach to customer relationships. In addition, Arlee served our country in the United States Air Force.

In her current position at Launch Powered by CØMPASS, Arlee specializes in distinctive architecture for clients whose lifestyle and investments include properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. She is an avid collector of contemporary art and photography, and has been a long-time member of the Phoenix Art Museum, member and founding Insider Alliance for Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA), the Heard Museum and an AREAA member. She, her spouse, Phyllis and adored pups Henry and Cooper, live in a 1940's adobe in a Historic District of Phoenix where she loves to cook and entertain.
