With a background in high-end client services and luxury markets, Arman offers a deep, ground-level understanding of South Florida's neighborhoods, trends, and evolving dynamics.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, Arman built and operated a successful yacht rental company, gaining firsthand experience working with discerning clientele, complex transactions, and time-sensitive decision-making.

Known for a strategic, no-pressure approach, Arman brings an operator’s mindset to every deal—prioritizing clarity, leverage, and long-term value over traditional sales tactics.
