About Armand
Armand has been involved and brokered a high volume of commercial properties ranging from industrial, office, R&D, retail, multi-family, and ground development projects. His main focus lies in the San Francisco Bay Area where he has successfully leased and sold over $300M+ since 2010. Mr. Anicete is experienced and well versed in complex real estate transactions that range from 1031 exchanges, restructuring of equity, debt placement, value add acquisitions, and ground-up development. One of his biggest assets is his ability to network, increase client revenue, identify well-located value add properties, and negotiate. In his spare time, Armand enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.
