Arnold Jacobs

Arnold Jacobs has been a Florida Realtor since 1998, when he moved to Boca Raton from New York. He earned a Juris Doctor law degree from St. John's University and a Master of Laws degree from New York University. As an attorney in New York for thirty years, he specialized in residential and commercial real estate and business transactions. He developed and continuously honed his skills as an exceptional negotiator and deal maker. His advice was often sought by other attorneys to enable them to conclude particularly difficult purchase and sales contracts.

In Florida, his extensive knowledge of many communities, together with his strong negotiating skills, has been extremely valuable in the representation of his clients to either purchase or sell residential property. The focus of his residential real estate area of expertise has been country club, gated estate, waterfront, and active adult communities in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, and Wellington, though he has also represented many clients who purchased real estate in both Broward County and Miami-Dade County.

Arnold has continued to hone his skills and has received designations as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Certified Expert Listing Agent, and is in the process of obtaining a designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative, all of which have also been incorporated in his legal training in New York.

Arnold is always there for his clients throughout the entire process of buying or selling, as well as after the closing. He is a source of information for both real estate and non-real estate matters.
