Originally from Lancaster, PA, Arrey spent 10 years at Milton Hershey School, where she developed a strong sense of community and compassion. With a background in hospitality and a brief time in nursing school, she found her passion in real estate — helping people find places that truly feel like home.

Arrey is known for being approachable, organized, and deeply committed to her clients. She especially loves working with first-time buyers and creates a supportive, judgment-free experience for every client.
