Grant Vasek

Grant Vasek has overseen and facilitated over $500 million in luxury residential transactions, earning a reputation for precision, strategy, and results. Working alongside some of Los Angeles’ most accomplished agents, he developed an expert command of complex deal structures, high-end client service, and marketing strategy—skills that continue to set him apart in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets.

Before stepping into brokerage full-time, Grant spent years building a strong operational foundation managing top-producing teams, gaining firsthand experience across a wide range of luxury transactions. His background at a real estate investment firm and as a project manager for a luxury single-family developer gave him a rare understanding of both the financial and construction sides of the business. His analytical mindset allows him to identify value others might overlook and to craft strategies that deliver clarity, efficiency, and exceptional results.

Raised in a family of real estate agents and investors, Grant’s passion for the industry came naturally. He earned his degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment, with a minor in Real Property Development, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Deeply connected to the Pacific Palisades community, Grant has been a guiding hand for families rebuilding after the Palisades Fire—providing resources, insight, and leadership to help restore the neighborhood.

Before launching his real estate career, Grant served as a Head Beach Lifeguard for the City of Santa Barbara, where he competed in national lifeguard championships. A lifelong athlete, he remains an avid swimmer, runner, and competitor, channeling the same discipline and focus into his work and daily life.

When he’s not negotiating deals or touring properties, Grant can often be found on the water—boating, diving, or surfing—a reflection of his appreciation for Southern California’s coastline and the lifestyle it inspires.
