Matt is adopting and embracing the above slogan and commitment [Florida Service-Mark & TM (pending)] to completely embrace the new and emerging Artificial Intelligence Technology and will be your REAL Life HUMAN Real Estate Expert Intelligence filter- making sure the data coming out of the models fits with the very nuanced and regulated world of Real Estate Practice, grounding it in reality.
 
With the rise in capabilities in Artificial Intelligence comes amazing potential to eliminate problems and free up time for us to do other things; this new tech is going to have the same impact on our lives as the internet itself has. HOWEVER, what YOU put in to the model is what IT gives back (bad data in = bad data out), use the wrong prompt and it's not going to know the correct dataset to give you back (garbage in = garbage out for those computer coders out there. 

The models tend to want to make you, the user, happy- to keep using it and spend that monthly subscription (My Professional ChatGPT is $200/month). It applies to Real Estate now too, more than ever. You at home can say to Google Gemini or ChatGPT to pull comparable properties and find out what your home would likely sell for- and it's usually pretty close.

The PROBLEM - the best machine large language model / AI Artificial Intelligence platform still doesn't understand hyper-local dynamics that make Real Estate so unique. I've seen it pull a "comparable" property to a 2200 sq' single family home that had 4700sq'... true comparable must be within a small variance of square footage, the house next door to you may not be a comparable to yours when it sells.

The best AI model in the world cannot be present physically in your home to open the door to a potential buyer and take them on a tour of your home explaining the features and their benefits, building VALUE, in your unique home. It cannot replace my 18+ years of IN-PERSON sales leadership experience, being able to read subtle clues from body language or questions that = buying signals.

The best models cannot be IN-PERSON reading the room and deciding on which methods of closing a specific buyer will work versus what will turn them off. 

In closing, I love this new technology, it's scary good and we need to embrace it for a better quality of work-life balance. I bring the HUMAN element of years of critical negotiating, a decade of successful $1M+ home listing and sales experience, 4 years of 911 call-taking negotiating and data gathering, in-person high level ($5M / yr quota) carrying salesmanship to your home sale. 

I add value to your bottom line and defend the price we've chosen (probably with the help of PROFESSIONAL AI MODELS).
