As a Real Estate advisor, I believe good advice starts with an honest conversation. Buying or selling a property involves more than the Real Estate itself; market conditions, timing, negotiation, funding and a client’s longer-term plans all shape the decision. I work with buyers, sellers and investors across Austin, TX and surrounding area with focus on South and West Austin, Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, Round Rock, Downtown Austin.

Clients can expect straightforward advice, responsive communication and careful attention to the details that can affect a transaction. That sometimes means weighing difficult trade-offs, challenging assumptions or recognizing when a different approach makes more sense. My aim is to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions without unnecessary pressure.

Many of my clients are professionals working in Austin’s technology and semiconductor industries. My experience includes helping professionals employed by major companies such as Google, AMD, Apple, Tesla, Samsung, Meta, Dell, Oracle and Amazon navigate their real estate decisions in the Austin area. I have also helped H-1B visa holders and other internationally relocating professionals buy and sell homes as their circumstances change, including those who need to sell their property when returning to their home country.

My work extends beyond traditional MLS-listed residential transactions to include new construction, private and off-market opportunities, and commercial real estate assignments. Because these types of transactions are not always reflected consistently in public residential sales histories, third-party sales records may not fully represent the scope of my work.

Outside of real estate, I value staying connected to the community through Lonestar Field Hockey Club, Hill country Region of Porsche Club of America, volunteer and nonprofit initiatives. These interests offer opportunities to connect with people from different backgrounds and contribute to the communities that make Central Texas a place to call home.
