Megan is a realtor on the Caulfield Properties team focused on the South Shore and Boston. Megan has over 15 years in the real estate industry. Megan's expertise goes beyond the traditional scope of a real estate agent. She began her career in commercial real estate at a leading global real estate services firm, where she honed her skills and gained valuable insights into various aspects of the real estate market including appraisal, mortgage brokerage and development.

Throughout her career, Megan has specialized in working in acquisitions and asset management for multifamily and industrial REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) funds. Her deep understanding of these sectors, coupled with her analytical prowess, has enabled her to provide valuable insights and guidance to her clients.

Megan is originally from Long Island but settled in Massachusetts after graduating from Bowdoin College. She lived in the Back Bay for 14 years before moving down to the South Shore. She currently lives in Scituate with her husband and three children.
