★★★★★
"Art was very professional and attentive throughout. No complaints whatsoever. I think he handled our multiple offer situations very well. I'd also like to point out that we greatly appreciate the staging he provided. We believe it showed the house at its best and contributed greatly to us obtaining top dollar. Above and beyond the staging, they were also very attentive to our needs throughout the sales process." - Andrew M.

"Art made my buying experience painless. He's very knowledgeable about the buying process and eased any concerns I had. He put me in touch with a lender, a home inspector, insurance agent, and all were better-priced, more convenient options than I could find on my own. Lastly, he made a charitable donation in my name after the sale, which was much appreciated." - Jer V.

★★★★★
"I've enjoyed working with Art. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole home buying process. The home selling process is going well and after going live yesterday, we already have a showing booked for this evening. Art was very professional, but also down to earth where he wasn't talking over my head or anything, as I know very little about the real estate market. He was also always there when I needed a question answered, but also giving me my space and not asking too much of me. Kind of like taking one step at a time approach, and that worked well." - Kash M.

★★★★★
"Art was helpful, informative, honest, and very dedicated to helping my wife, daughter, and I find the perfect home for our needs. He is always professional and yet still manages to feel like a friend every time you are around him. He is extremely patient during the home shopping process which truly removed a lot of the stress from that situation. My wife and I, both, loved our experience with Art Fonseca. I will use him when I'm ready to sell as well as when we're ready to grow into a bigger home. I can't recommend him enough." - Taylor H.

★★★★★
"We were VERY pleased with Art, and I am so glad that we chose him to represent us. He went way above and beyond our expectations. If we had to do this all over again, there would be nobody else that we would choose except for him. I will highly recommend him to anybody. Art is by far the BEST in our eyes. We came into this \buying a house\" project blinded I shall say, and he was generous enough to walk us through the process. Art is a very helpful man who was always there when we had a question and very easy to get a hold of." - Agustin & Michelle M.

About Art
I served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division, where I was taught many of the values I continue to live and work by today. My military service taught me the discipline and gave me the perseverance to build and maintain a successful real estate business. My incredible work ethic, considered to be my greatest personal motivator, drives me to treat clients and colleagues alike with honesty, respect, and diplomacy. Advice I received early in my military career was to always choose the hard right over the easy wrong. That advice impacted me then and I live and work by it even today.

With a professional background as a regional sales manager in the mortgage industry, I place a high value on helping people understand the complexities of a real estate transaction. My experience allows me to be an expert negotiator, always in pursuit of the best outcome for my clients. I will always take your call or respond to your messages with urgency. I am there when you need me. My fearless commitment to excellence drives me professionally as I continue to receive accolades from my peers, but more importantly, praise and gratitude from my loyal clients who are the foundation of my business.

An avid adventurist, my pastimes include mountain biking and dirt biking. I am on the Board of Directors of Austin Ridge Riders where I organize and lead local group rides. I am also a sports bike enthusiast having both ridden competitively and instructed on closed tracks. I had the honor of being the first amateur to ride the Circuit of the Americas racetrack. I am the General Manager of Mentors for 3:16 Track Days organization where I assemble teams of mentors who pair with local and regional track participants providing critical instruction and oversight. My wife, Caryl, and I met 30 years ago in a bowling center, are competitive bowlers each having bowled 300 games. We live in Austin with our two German Shepherds, Ruger and Remington. I am “Dad” to four adult children and “PaPa” to five grandchildren.
