Arthur Kalayjian

Arthur graduated with an economics and business degree from Westmont College, located in the heart of Montecito. He has a tremendous business mindset and work ethic, which transferred to the real estate industry in an extraordinary fashion. An athlete at heart, Arthur received a tennis scholarship to attend Westmont, and he was chosen by coaches and teammates to represent his team as captain during his junior and senior years. Not being foreign to an excellent work ethic both on and off the court, Arthur has found that those experiences have proven to be an invaluable asset for clients looking to rent, buy and/or sell property. When Arthur began his career at Sotheby's in the luxury rental market of Santa Barbara his naturally cordial, genuinely pleasant demeanor combined with his enthusiasm and intelligence made the perfect recipe for success. Approximately 90% of his business currently comes from past clients and referrals. Arthur joined Compass in Montecito to pursue his passion for assisting buyers and sellers with their most prized possessions. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and understands that it enables him to keep his hands on the pulse of the market and provide a better understanding of how buying decisions are made. He is a Realtor who acts as a professional partner, whether a client is buying or selling a home, or as in many cases, doing both at the same time.
