The Porosoff Group has a complete 15 plus in house team consisting of Financial Analysts, Transaction Coordinators, Graphic Design and Marketing coupled with a paralegal overseeing contracts. 

The brokerage team is dedicated exclusively to COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE- Multifamily Development and Land.

TPG has its own location at 1200 Brickell Avenue and operates in an independent facility equipped with the latest tech, data and research tools. TPG has an institutional approach to the business however operates as local boutique firm.

Independent of brokerage, Arthur is also an investor and  developer appointed by the city of Miami Mayor to the PZAB - Planning Zoning Adjustment Board for the City of Miami.
