Arya grew up in Brentwood, giving him an instinctive understanding of the Westside and what makes each neighborhood distinct. Real estate runs in the family. Raised around brokerage, development, and investment, he came to the business with a foundation most agents spend years trying to build. Arya earned his degree in Information Systems from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he competed as a Division I student athlete. That experience as a tennis player built a discipline and mental toughness that show up every day in how he negotiates and fights for his clients. What separates Arya is his approach to marketing.
