Asha Singh

Born and raised in Kansas City, Asha came to NYC to pursue her artistic passions in acting, modeling, and dance. Her determination, talent, and hustle landed her a spot as a dancer on The Brooklynettes, the official NBA dance team for the Brooklyn Nets. She eventually worked her way up to Head Coach, where she was responsible not just for managing a unified, high-performing team, but also for showing that team in its best light with her understanding of the fast-paced world of social media and marketing. The most important thing Asha learned from her time with the Brooklynettes, though, was how to enjoy everything the borough has to offer...and how to give back to the neighborhoods and the people she loves.

Never one to limit herself, Asha’s experience extends to the corporate world as well, where she assisted with the relocations of the employees of corporate clients. She’s an expert at creating seamless transitions for every aspect of a life change or a move, from connecting families with housing opportunities to securing essential services like movers, cleaners, and utilities. She was so good at finding and guiding people to their new homes that it inspired Asha to handle the process more directly and efficiently, leading her to real estate.

Asha has spent the last 10 years actively engaged in her Brooklyn communities through volunteer work, cultivating relationships with local businesses and business owners, and her cherished connections with her neighbors. She has seen firsthand the importance of homeownership and community and how the two can lift each other up and create value together. She is passionate about making the process of and opportunities for investing in real estate, especially here in Brooklyn, more accessible to everyone.
