Ashlee Gutierrez

For the past 10 years, Ashlee has been exposed to the Real Estate industry through her family's business, and stepping into her own role as a Real Estate agent is an exciting next step. Being able to utilize her knowledge and skills to help families with such an important life decision is a true passion of Ashlee's. Since she was a cheerleader at her University, the idea of team comradery and working together for a win influences her approach to life and work to this day.

When Ashlee is not helping families buy, sell, and lease Real Estate, she enjoys reading, keeping up with current home design trends. She also enjoys spending time with her family outside; whether that be a family bike ride or a walk along the Trinity River, working in the yard together, or cheering on one of her 4 children at their many sporting events. Ashlee is also a member of Travis Avenue Baptist Church and assists at her children's elementary school when needed.

Ashlee got into Real Estate because it is such a vast industry. Being around the industry with our family business for the past 10 years has exposed her to many different types of transactions. Ashlee's broad knowledge base and desire to lead with a servant’s heart equip her to help families truly find their place in the world.
