Ashleigh Franks

Ashleigh Franks is a dedicated and passionate real estate agent with The Bickerstaff Group. Raised just outside of Chicago, Ashleigh's love of horses brought her to the University of Kentucky, where she earned a degree in Animal Science. Her early career was deeply rooted in the thoroughbred breeding industry. In 2013, Ashleigh embraced a new chapter in Franklin, TN, her husband’s hometown. It was here that Jennifer Bickerstaff sold Ashleigh her forever home. Staying in touch over the years, Ashleigh took time away to focus on raising her three children, all the while nurturing her passion for real estate through home projects.

When Ashleigh was ready to re-enter the workforce, she turned to Jennifer and joined The Bickerstaff Group in 2020. Her unique background, combined with her firsthand experience as a client, allows her to offer clients an empathetic and insightful perspective on their real estate journeys. A proud mother of three very active children and two dogs, Ashleigh understands the importance of finding a home that fits a family's lifestyle. When she's not assisting clients, you can find her living at the baseball fields or outside with her family.
