Ashley Arthur

As a Texas native originally from San Antonio, Ashley truly understands the love that most people feel for the city of Austin upon arrival. From the elaborate festivals nearly every weekend to the incredibly diverse food selections and last but most certainly not least, it’s unique culture of Austenite’s, who are genuine, hard-working, and the friendly Texans you hear about. Ashley values each and every client and takes great pride in assisting them in what is the most valuable and prized transaction in their lifetime, buying or selling their home. Whether it is a first-time home buyer or an established investor, Ashley believes in giving each client the highest level of service and the same attention to detail throughout the transaction.

Ashley grew up in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio while the neighborhood was being developed and experienced her first home buying/building process at the young age of fourteen when her parents built their first home. “I remember touring each of the models almost every weekend for two months, making selections at the design studio, and meeting all of the representatives working for the builder at the time, one of which became our next-door neighbor. Watching the home be built was also one of my favorite parts of the process and taught me to have so much gratitude for our home once it was complete.”

Prior to working in real estate Ashley was the founder/co-owner of Texas Flooring Professionals for eleven years. Her expertise in home renovations, along with building long-lasting relationships with custom home builders and developers, gives her clients a great advantage when making decisions regarding renovations while purchasing a new home, or preparing to sell their current home. Her passion for real estate development is what led her to become a trusted agent among friends, family, and clients. As both a real estate agent and investor, she understands buying or selling your home or making a real estate investment will be one of the greatest achievements of your life.

Ashley has lived in Austin for over eleven years and has an extensive understanding of the city and its diverse communities as well as the developing suburbs around Austin. She has worked alongside many other well-seasoned agents and top performers amongst her peers to continue building her knowledge and competency in the market. She has been grateful to guide many clients through each unique transaction and has great experience in multiple offer situations when buying or selling their home. She finds great joy in helping clients make educated decisions regarding their investments and guiding them through the process.

Ashley achieved her BBA in Business with a Concentration in Marketing from The University of the Incarnate Word in 2010 as a Cum Laude graduate. Ashley is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a member of Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR).

She enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with Dress for Success, Austin Pets Alive, and Habitat for Humanity which host many events throughout the year.
