Ashley Burns

Ashley Burns has been helping clients buy and sell homes for more than a decade. She began her career in the Phoenix market before moving to Nashville in 2018, where she quickly fell in love with Franklin and Williamson County. She specializes in luxury homes and new construction, guiding clients through one of life’s biggest transitions with care, expertise and a highly personalized approach.

With $38M in closed sales in 2025, Ashley continues to be recognized as one of the top-performing agents in Williamson County. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) known not only for her results but also for her concierge-style service. Ashley treats every client like family and every home as if it were her own. Beyond the transaction, she loves helping her clients settle into the community by connecting them with trusted contractors, local favorites, and the right people to make Franklin truly feel like home.

Ashley’s own relocation journey gives her a unique perspective. After moving from Arizona and marrying her husband Beau in 2021, the couple chose Franklin as the place to put down roots. Beau has since joined Ashley in the business, and together they offer a client experience built on connection, trust, and teamwork. They are proud to call Franklin home and love helping others settle into the community as well.

When she is not working with clients, Ashley enjoys time on the golf course, playing pickleball, strolling the Franklin Farmers Market, or going on hikes with their black lab, Finn.
