Ashley Gardner

Passionate for local knowledge and full of optimistic enthusiasm, Ashley’s adept communication skills help her target and execute each client’s unique real estate needs. Through her past fundraising for non-profits, she found and grew a love for helping others. This passion, when coupled with her attention to detail and exceptional customer service, makes her an effective communicator and negotiator with clients, vendors, and other agents alike. Ashley has lived in the Melbourne area for 15 years, but has traveled to and vacationed on the Space Coast for over 20 years. She provides fresh, firsthand knowledge of the beach lifestyle to clients and is familiar with the neighborhoods and towns up and down the Space Coast, from Melbourne to Cocoa Beach. Ashley has also worked in university development, athletic fundraising, pharmaceutical sales, and event management in Melbourne, Orlando and Asheville, N.C. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with cum laude honors in 2004. Ashley is also a recent breast cancer survivor and truly is "just happy to be here."
