"We moved to Austin from Illinois and had never been in the area prior to our first house hunting visit. Ashley was great in providing information about the areas that would fit our price range and what we were looking for in both a house and the area where the house was located. When we made an offer on the house, Ashley made some excellent suggestions on what to ask for from the sellers, things we didn't think about. After the home inspection, Ashley made some recommendations after thoroughly reviewing the inspector's report, again, things we didn't think to ask the sellers to fix before the closing. This is where her experience and true willingness to help really showed. She went well above what a real estate agent should do because on several occasions she went and looked at houses while face-timing us since we could not be there in person to look at a house we found online. She also did our final walk-thru before the closing since we could not be in the area to do it ourselves. Ashley provided recommendations on inspectors, lawn service as well as utility and mailbox setup all without us asking her to do so.
