Thank you for stopping by. I’m Ashley Rose, proud Mama of four, personally based in Newton. For me, real estate is about so much more than transactions — it’s about people, transitions, and all of the many varying emotions tied to every move no matter how big or small. Every real estate transaction comes with a story. It could be excitement of a growing family, the bittersweetness of downsizing, or the opportunity of a new investment, the reasons behind moving from A to B are often quite emotionally loaded. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients during those moments, hold their hands, many times sharing a comforting hug...

I grew up on the coast of Maine and Maine will always have my heart. Almost every client I work with says, wait you cant be from here...which although I love where I live, I do take this as a compliment. I have a deep love for community and beautiful spaces inside and out. The last two decades have truly shaped the way I work today, blending market expertise with creativity in design, staging, marketing, and brand-building. I especially love working with clients who value vision and allow me to bring out the full potential of a property. My heart and passion are what make me successful in every aspect of what I do. 

Over the years, I’ve set record-breaking sales in Davis Square, Somerville, including some of the highest price-per-square-foot transactions between 2009 and 2019, and again with off-market deals in more recent years. Beyond the numbers, my greatest pride is in the long-term relationships I’ve built with families, first-time buyers, and investors who trust me to guide them through one of life’s most important — and often emotional — decisions. People lean on me for advice in all areas of life as we work together and I am so humbled by this. 

My business is truly a family effort — I work side by side with my partner, brother-in-law, and mother, combining our talents and shared passion for helping others. Whether it’s a multi-family conversion, a luxury condo, or a historic home, we bring creativity, strategy, and heart to every step of the process.

At the end of the day, real estate is about connection. I feel grateful every day to do work that allows me to care for people, ease the stress of life transitions, and share my love of homes, design, and community.
