About Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley Sylvestro! 

I moved to the Tampa Bay area -- specifically St. Pete, in 2018 and instantly fell in love with the beautiful beaches, farmers markets, and the vibrant downtown culture. As a Realtor here, I have the ability to help my clients grow their wealth through smart property investments, which is something I’m really passionate about.

What’s great about real estate is that every day brings a new opportunity to help someone achieve their dreams. Whether it’s finding a first home, a forever home or a savvy investment property, I’m all about guiding my clients through the process with ease. I continuously spend time keeping up with the local market, so I can give my clients the best advice and support. It’s really rewarding to see them succeed, and I’m proud to be a part of their journey.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me paddle boarding, attending pilates classes, journaling on the beach or partaking in happy hour with friends downtown. I’m also a big fan of coffee work sessions—they’re my little retreat to brainstorm and get creative.
