"In summary, above and beyond excellent service in every category and we are forever grateful for her as a person, for her expertise, her patience, her integrity and so much more. I’ll try to hit on the high points below, but know I won’t fully be able to encapsulate the level of customer service we received.
1. Expertise: Ashlie is extremely capable and knowledgeable on the market, trends, the entire process etc.; presented us with options, what the market was looking like, potential expectations of market dips, etc.
2. Working with contractors: We were amazed that we could have her truly run the show with our contractors as we made upgrades to our home prior to sale. With us in Chicago while upgrades were going on, Ashlie successful managed contractors and all the hiccups that go along with that; many of the stressful points she effectively kept behind the scenes and only brought to us those issues that truly needed our attention
3. Integrity: Above all else, we could trust Ashlie. She was able to deliver updates and news to us, regardless of the messaging - good or bad - in a forthright, direct and kind way. If the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear, she explained to us the “why” and “how” such things came to be and presented us with options as well as her expert opinion on what she felt was the right direction - we respected her knowledge immensely
4. Customer Relationship: She was top-notch when it came to customer service - always willing and able to answer all of our questions; able to calm down nerves (mine) when things seemed off-kilter, and truly give us her view of the lay of the land and what to expect
5. Keeping Us Informed/Open Communication: she was beyond excellent at keeping us informed on what was going on and why; towards the end we hit some snags on closing due to buyer, and she managed all communication to us, the buyers agent and with title company succinctly and efficiently all while being on vacation with her family!
If there was a survey with five-star ratings - I would give her 100 stars :-) She is just that good at what she does. This was probably the last time we’ll be selling a house in quite a while and she made it the best experience we have had with selling/buying a house (and within the past 15 years, we have sold or purchased 3 homes - and this was for sure by far, the BEST experience overall) Anyway, to say the least, we are extremely grateful for her!" - Beth + JIm
