I've spent the last 5 years selling homes in Nashville and raising my own kids here — which means I've toured a lot of houses thinking about carpool routes and backyard sightlines, not just square footage.

I know this city block by block: which neighborhoods live up to the hype, which ones are about to, and why "close to downtown" can mean five different things depending on who's selling you the house. Whether you're looking in East Nashville, Mt. Juliet, or out in Williamson County, I can tell you what it's actually like to live there — not just what the listing says.

I got into real estate because I wanted to be in control of my own career and hold myself to my own standard — not someone else's. Turns out that mindset matters a lot in this business, where the difference between a good agent and a great one usually comes down to how hard they're willing to work for you. Over 40 families later, I still love the moment a house stops being a listing and starts being theirs. A lot of my clients are first-time buyers — newly married couples buying their first place together, families relocating to Nashville for a fresh start, people at the beginning of something new. I get that this is probably the biggest financial decision you've made so far, and I'd rather over-explain something than have you feel lost or rushed.
