Protect Our Winters
As an aspen native, Jordie Karlinski, knows the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond like the back of her hand. She is a former professional snowboarder and certified mindfulness coach, who’s experiences have led her to develop a wide-range of skills that are essential for success in the real estate world…discipline, drive, persistence, communication, and marketing. She is a life-long mountain lover who recognizes how profoundly special the Roaring Fork Valley is. Jordie is committed to helping her clients find the right home so that they can also enjoy our unique, diverse and fulfilling mountain lifestyle.
Jordie learned to snowboard through the local Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club. Twice, she was a member of the US Snowboard Team, once on the Boardercross team and once on the Slopestyle team. Jordie competed on the largest international stages such as XGames, World Cups, Grand Prix’s, and Gravity Games. In 2014 she competed in the US Olympic Qualifiers and unfortunately missed the Sochi Winter Olympics by two points. Though disappointed, this defeat didn’t stop her, it strengthened her.
After retiring from professional snowboarding Jordie coached athletes to prepare them mentally to perform at their peak. She mentors local young female athletes, teaching them positive mental tools to improve confidence within their sport. Free time finds Jordie fly-fishing, trail running, backpacking and snowboarding. She is a member of the local Aspen Triathlon Club.
