My husband and I are locals – we know these neighborhoods inside and out. On the weekends you might run into us on local hiking trails with our two children, and Penny, our Australian Labradoodle. But no matter how busy life gets, I always make time for practicing yoga and meditation to stay balanced in the midst of my active career and life.
