About Athena
As a seasoned real estate broker for nearly two decades, Athena has attained her expertise in the luxury division in the Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights areas of Brooklyn. A Brooklyn native of Bay Ridge, Athena graduated from Fontbonne Hall Academy, a privately held Catholic High School where she later on studied at the renowned Brooklyn College obtaining her Bachelor Degree in Philosophy and Business Finance. In 2005, the conception of House N Key Realty, a family owned and operated boutique real estate firm was established. While she began her career alongside her late mother Tessie Salavantis, they created a prominent brand locally in the South Brooklyn areas. Not only has Athena served her local community but also served on the Brooklyn Multiple Listings Board and is a member of local religious institutions such as Kimisis Church and Holy Cross Church of Brooklyn. Her background in finance supports her precision in negotiating. With Athena’s driven work ethic, her clientele is serviced with the utmost integrity and respect while determined in achieving their real estate goals in a timely manner.

In 2020, in lieu of expanding her network, she collaborated with the the Number 1 independent real estate brokerage in the country- COMPASS. With the innovative technology of COMPASS and Athena’s extensive expertise with House N Key Realty in the luxury market, the House N Key Team has become one of the Leading Teams in the Borough of Brooklyn.
