About Athos
Born and raised in NJ, Athos has been a realtor for over eleven years, starting out in Jersey City and Hudson County, and branching out into several suburban areas as well. With in-depth knowledge of Hudson County as well as a lot of Northeast NJ, he is both familiar on the buying and listing side, representing landlords, and working with developers on both the off-market and on-market side. He loves working with first-time homebuyers as he is deeply committed to being the best guide throughout the entire process, which can be a bit overwhelming at times.
With an English writing degree, and also a marketing and design background in the corporate world, as well as a history of professional real estate photography, he has a strong sense of both living spaces, and the aesthetic side, as well as the sales and communication skills needed to bring a deal to completion. Athos always brings a deep care of the process with every client, and is very thoughtful about navigating every transaction. It's a big deal when working with the numbers of a real estate transaction, and that personal touch is a priority.
Athos grew up in NJ in the suburbs, and has lived in Jersey City for sixteen years, in various neighborhoods. You can often find him pedaling his bike, reading a book, going on a hike, cooking a new recipe, exploring as many food options as this area has to offer, and hanging out with his furry buddies Mojo the dog and Noodles the cat.
