Andre de Winter

Andre de Winter enjoys a reputation with his clients as an exceptional Realtor and trusted confidant. He is a true professional, who acts with integrity and in the best interest of his clients at all times. His hard work has been recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors, naming Andre one of the top 10 Realtors in Atlanta in 2013 and again in 2014. He was also recognized by Remax Georgia as one of the Top 10 individual Realtors in all of Georgia in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Andre’s ability to listen, combined with his highly effective and professional advice, makes him an invaluable resource both buyers and sellers. Over the last 15 years, Andre has gained the experience and expertise to help guide anyone through the real estate process and avoid pitfalls, stress and anxiety.

Andre attributes his success to being accessible and responsive to his clients night and day, seven days a week, to guide them through the entire process of selling and buying houses. He has the long-term interest of his clients in mind, whether looking the right home purchase or home sale. His knowledge and insight about the local market, value of homes and character of the neighborhoods are proven. He also prides himself on being straightforward and setting the right expectations. All clients work directly with Andre. He is cautious not to overbook in order to avoid diluting the level of service he delivers to each and every client.

Another factor in Andre’s success is the top notch professionals he works with to help stage, photograph and market the houses that he lists. He spends considerable time, energy and personal resources making sure a house is staged correctly, so it shows its best when the time comes.

Andre was born in The Netherlands and moved to Atlanta in 1995. He lives with his wife and two dogs in historic Inman Park. He speaks four languages. He enjoys building and supporting the community. Andre coached soccer at Atlanta Youth Soccer from 2004 – 2012. He is a board member of The American Netherland Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a board member for the nonprofit, Soccer in the Streets, which serves youth at risk. In the past, he has served on the host committee for Partners Against Domestic Violence, PADV and the Usher New Look Foundation. He also volunteered many times in the past at the Samaritan House and Hands on Atlanta.

Whenever he can, Andre enjoys friends and family and playing a round of golf. He loves writing, and you can find some of his neighborhood stories posted on the Inman Park Yahoo Group, where he is known as General Grolsch.
