She was responsive to all e-mails and very polite and professional in all her explanations. Her advice to retain a licensed home inspector was indispensable. She encouraged us to follow the inspector’s advice to have the builder employ a structural engineer to diagnose and repair a faulty (8-foot high) concrete foundation job.
