About Austen

Lake Geneva has always been home to Austen even though he has lived in several other beautiful places in this amazing country.
Being originally from Chicago, Austen has deep roots going back to Lake Geneva for many generations. In fact, his mother and Austen moved to Lake Geneva full time when he was in second grade. His mother Tricia has worked as an agent since 1999 so Austen feels fortunate and very grateful to have her as a mentor and resource during the early stages of his career.
Two of the most important values that Austen holds significant in his life and for his customers is secondly, to bring real value through integrity to the buying or selling experience... and the first is “TO SHOW UP”. It may sound simple, but how often these days are the people that you deal with;
Fully present. Clear in their communication. Willing to gain a deep understanding of your needs. Transparent about your expectations throughout the process.
The second is “Integrity” meaning: Austen sets the expectations of what he will do and follow through. It’s important for his customers and clients to be able to always feel confident that they have someone that is committed to the process and to their needs at all times in such an important process.
One thing that Austen knows about being a Realtor® or any service provider above all else is that they need to be resourceful problem solvers at the highest level. Austen knows that the last thing a customer or client needs in such an important relationship is to have an agent that doesn’t remain open to explore all possible solutions to any given situation that becomes challenging.
