Susan Avant

After growing up in Southern California, Susan's love affair with Texas began while getting her undergraduate degree at Southern Methodist University. Together, with her Texas-born husband, they relocated to Austin in the late-80s. Having raised two children here, Susan knows Austin's family-friendly side, from the area schools to the extracurricular opportunities. She also knows the anxiety of moving to a new place, whether relocating from another city or moving across town. She's always ready with local insights and a reference or two for services or businesses in your new neighborhood. Susan lives in Westlake and serves clients across the Austin area. An active community member, Susan has been a volunteer for the Women's Symphony League, Breakthrough Austin, and the Junior League. She is also a regular blood donor. A love of the outdoors keeps her centered outside of work. You can find Susan enjoying the hike and bike trail, watching Ballet Austin or Shakespeare in the Park at Zilker Hillside Theater, or catching a Longhorns game.

Monica Jones



Monica fell in love with real estate through her personal transactions, discovering the special relationships that can be formed through the process of helping people find a starter or forever home. As an outgoing people person, real estate is a natural fit for Monica, who enjoys making personal connections and transforming the process of buying a house into the reality of making a home. Monica has been in sales for over 15 years, including as a medical device salesperson for hospitals around the country and as a sales manager and CEO/President of Amtec Medical. She grew up in San Diego and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in public relations. She has lived in Austin for 15 years and says her favorite part of living here is the people. “I love the laid back vibe and that everyone is quick to smile at each other on the street. You don’t see that everywhere.”

Whittney Cloud



Having recently purchased her first home, Whittney has a fresh appreciation for her client's point of view. Her ability to help her clients find neighborhoods which best fit their lifestyle, then find their special home has been proven time and time again. Her clients love her and she is quickly building a strong referral base of loyal clients. She knows the importance of strong client relationships and the need for regular communication. Continually striving for service perfection, Whittney is good at anticipating potential problems and eliminating them before they become an issue. Her goal is to make the home buying/selling experience enjoyable. A native Texan, Whittney graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Consumer Affairs. Married with a young family, she can often be found treasure hunting in one of Austin’s antique stores, or exploring Central Texas with her family. After moving to Austin in 2017 from her hometown of McAllen, Ysabella worked as a paralegal, refining her strategic and problem-solving skills while navigating the corridors of the legal world. She is also an avid yogi and a certified RYT 200 instructor. With roots firmly planted in community values, integrity, and hard work, Ysabella regularly volunteers with local organizations.
