About Ayana

Ayana was born in Trinidad and Tobago and raised in Naples, FL. She attended college at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. Upon graduating with a bachelor's degree in chemistry, she decided to move back to Naples to be closer to her family. This is where she began working in her family business. She was mentored by her father, learning invaluable tools about entrepreneurship, client relations, hard work, and determination. She learned about the value of personalized service, how to form tight-knit relationships with her customers, and how to be cognizant of what is going on in the city. Working in these commercial real estate properties soon sparked an interest in a career in real estate. It was not long before she decided to harness her pursuits in the real estate industry. She takes with her the same knowledge, tools, and core values she learned from working in her family business to her career as a Realtor.
