With 7 years of diverse marketing experience, Ayesha Haque brings a strategic and data-driven approach to real estate. Her journey began in digital marketing, where she honed her skills in creating effective content strategies that boosted traffic and conversions for numerous clients. Transitioning into real estate, she joined Compass, where she took on roles that leveraged her marketing expertise to support luxury agents and drive business growth.

Prior to becoming an agent, Ayesha was a part of the ‘Brand Innovation Group,’ focusing on enhancing agent branding and client retention, launching bespoke campaigns including Cookies for a Cause and Kitchens of Compass. By nurturing partnerships with over 20 brands, she developed and sold comprehensive marketing services to more than 200 agents across Texas, Colorado, Wyoming, and Washington.

In her previous role as a Marketing Advisor at Compass, Ayesha provided strategic advice to 80+ luxury real estate agents in Houston and Austin. She crafted integrated marketing plans that included a mix of print, social media, digital, and event marketing strategies. Her ability to identify and address agent pain points led to consistently high customer satisfaction scores and strengthened relationships with top agents.

Ayesha's academic background includes a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Spanish, which has given her a broad perspective and an understanding of diverse cultures—an asset in the real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Ayesha is passionate about the Houston food scene, art, and family, including hanging out with her 40+ cousins.
