Brian Lee

Brian’s intimate knowledge of the Denver Metro area, honed from a lifetime of residency, and 43 years of real estate experience, sets him apart.

He attended the University of Denver, graduating in 1980 with a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate, and has pursued his passion for real estate ever since.

Brian began his career in commercial real estate, specializing in leasing and sales of retail properties. This evolved into consulting retail and restaurant chains in market penetration and location strategies, for the Denver metro area.

In the early 2000’s, Brian realized real estate is an excellent vehicle to build wealth and decided to get into the investment side of the business. Since then, he has successfully renovated and sold many homes and has developed a portfolio of rental properties. In 2007, he decided to bring his investment knowledge and expertise to the people in his life by advising them on ways they could build their own wealth through real estate investment. In the process Brian has helped hundreds of people achieve their home ownership and investment dreams.

Brian sees buying or selling a property, whether as your residence or as an investment, as one of life’s major decisions. He is not just a realtor, he is a strategist and an analyst, adept at both buying and selling homes and excelling in the art of property investment. His approach is methodical, balancing dreams with reality, and managing expectations from start to finish. He sees value in truly understanding his clients’ goals and desires, and strives to give them the information and guidance they need to achieve them.

Brian believes in building relationships on both sides of a transaction, to ensure he is in prime position to get the absolute best outcome for his clients. He is an expert at negotiation and is a natural problem solver, calmly and productively resolving any issues that may arise.

Serving on the CHR Gives Community Assistance Committee allows Brian to follow through on something he deeply believes in – giving back to the community and making a difference in peoples’ lives. He helps plan, and participates in, activities supporting the Denver metro community throughout the year.

Adventurous and fun-loving, Brian is passionate about the outdoors. Powder days are sacred, and an annual heli-skiing trip to Canada is usually in order. Mountain biking is his Summer passion, and his daily practice of yoga keeps him limber and young at heart. He is an avid reader and enjoys absorbing the peace and wonders of nature. Brian has explored many parts of our beautiful planet, including Africa, Europe, many places in the South Pacific and most states in the USA, but he always enjoys arriving back home, in sunny Colorado.
