A 10th-generation Texan and 7th-generation Houstonian, Jaime’s family helped shape Houston’s homebuilding and real estate history—from early MLS development to industry-defining education and advocacy.

Recognized for her strategic marketing, digital expertise, and intuitive client approach, Jaime was a founding member of Forbes Global Properties in Texas, bringing the brand to the state for the first time under her previous brokerage, Baker & Co., before aligning with Compass in Spring 2025.
