About Barbara Ann
Barbara has lived in Brooklyn since 1981 and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the borough and its history. She has lived in several historic Brooklyn neighborhoods, including Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and delights in the boroughā€™s wide variety of townhouses, historic co-ops, and stunning new construction condominiums.

A career in real estate beckoned after 25 years in commercial and investment banking, including eight years spent living in Paris, where Barbara Ann worked for a French bank. She has an MBA from New York University and combines her financial acumen with her experience in all phases of real estate. She has been a tenant, a landlord, a buyer, and a seller and therefore has a thorough understanding of all facets of a real estate transaction.

Barbara is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Buyer Representative. She has recently received her CSA designation from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and is a member of Compass Plus. She is fluent in French.
