Barbara Evans-Butler

With 20 years’ experience, more than 250 successful transactions, and over a billion dollars in volume of sales, I have enjoyed working in all areas of Manhattan representing high-end luxury co-ops, condos, and townhouses for buyers, sellers, and investors. My international network is exceptional having served as a diplomat in France, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Nations in Geneva and New York. It was at the United Nations that I learned the art of the deal and first acquired negotiation skills and a discreet style. As a Native New Yorker, I was educated at The Spence School, Wheaton College, and at the Sorbonne, including a postgraduate degree from the Australian National University.

I am devoted to my family and friends, a passionate lover of the arts, good food and wines as well as fashion and travel to almost anywhere. I have served on several Boards including; The Women’s international Forum at UNNY, The American Australian Association, OTR (Off the Record) of The Foreign Policy Association, The American Friends of the Australian National Gallery, The Cosmopolitan Club, the International Committee, and currently, Board Member of the Public Interests Committee.
