""I was consistently amazed with the level of service provided by Barbara and her team during the process of selling our home in Austin. As soon as we moved out, she sourced and managed the renovation team, even getting involved in the design process to make sure that the home would move quickly post-closing and for top-dollar, without breaking the bank on costs. She was able to offer a 0% financing option for all renovation costs, paid at closing. After renovation she orchestrated one of the most beautiful staging jobs I've seen to date and got very professional photos done, including drone footage. This all happened very rapidly and the house was soon listed. We ended up with multiple offers in the first days after listing and were able to pick our favorite.
