Barrett Smith

San Diego native Barrett Smith is dedicated to serving his clients with top notch service and consistency. His love for real estate began early, working alongside his father, a respected industry leader with over 25 years of experience, where he gained hands-on exposure to residential brokerage and client service.

Barrett puts his clients first—whether that means finding the right property, connecting with the right buyer, or negotiating a great deal. He uses fresh marketing ideas to make listings stand out, reach more buyers, and build strong connections with other agents, always aiming to go above and beyond.

In addition to his work in residential real estate, Barrett is actively involved in the SDSU Real Estate Society, where he serves as Programs Director and connects with industry leaders across San Diego. Passionate about community and personal growth, he also participates in Toastmasters and has several years of leadership experience as a martial arts instructor.

Outside of work, Barrett enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, spending time with his dog, and exploring all that San Diego has to offer. His lifelong roots in the city fuel his passion for helping clients not only find a house, but discover a home in the community he proudly calls his own.
