Over the years, Basil managed the family travel business and transformed it into a diversified multinational online travel company, while investing in and developing his own personal real estate properties and establishing other successful business entities, including an event planning company, construction company, and a real estate investment company.
Basil decided to combine the benefits of his diverse experience with his lifelong passion for real estate and began working with a real estate company focused in Astoria, Queens. Together with his negotiating expertise, his reputation of trustworthiness and hard work, Basil cultivated exclusive and long-term relationships with local owners and developers.
Basil is now focused on the burgeoning markets of Queens and The North Fork of Long Island. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and daughter.
