Clear, Confident, Client-First. Founded in 2025, Be Home NOLA is the collaboration of three experienced, top-producing Garden District agents—Caroline Mang, Benjamin Samuels, and Darla Fisackerly. Together, we bring a broad understanding of the Greater New Orleans market, with clients served from the West Bank to the North Shore.

Caroline is responsive, honest, and well-informed, and brings a calm presence to every transaction.
Having first come to New Orleans in 1996 to attend Tulane University to study Environmental Biology, Caroline later moved to Chicago for two years. However, returning to New Orleans for JazzFest both years reaffirmed the deep connection to the city, ultimately leading to a permanent move back.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys exploring the city's vibrant dining scene, festivals, and parks, as well as playing tennis and pickleball, practicing yoga and spending time with friends and her beloved dog.
Benjamin Samuels, Associate Broker, MRP, SRS, C2EX
Benjamin began his real estate career when he and his husband moved to New Orleans in 2013, inspired by the city’s character and vibrant community. He became an Associate Broker in 2024 and holds certifications as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and is C2EX endorsed through the National Association of Realtors.
He’s known for making the real estate process clear, calm, and client-focused—bringing strong negotiation skills, reliable referrals, and smart use of technology to every transaction. Whether helping a first-time buyer, investor, or relocating family, Benjamin prioritizes his clients' goals with honesty and attention to detail.
Outside of real estate, Benjamin is a strong advocate for animal adoption and supports local nonprofit organizations focused on pediatric oncology and environmental efforts. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to service—professionally, personally, and within the New Orleans community.
Darla Fisackerly, Realtor®
Darla began her real estate career in 2018 and quickly earned recognition as one of the top agents in her office, receiving the Rising Star Award in 2019. Her background in marketing, communications, and operations translates into high-impact strategy, strong client service, and smart use of technology for every listing or purchase. With relocation training and an eye for design, Darla helps her clients move with confidence—whether across town or across the country.
