Beau Burns co-founded Burns & Co. with his wife and business partner, Ashley Burns. Together, they lead a top-performing real estate team serving Franklin, Williamson County, and the greater Nashville area. In just the last year and a half, Beau and Ashley have helped more than 50 families make their move, with over $80M in closed and pended sales during that time.

Beau's background in corporate sales, strategy, and contract negotiation shapes the way he works today: clear communication, sharp negotiation, and a steady hand through what is often the biggest financial decision a family will ever make. Paired with Ashley, a top 1% agent with more than a decade of experience, Beau brings a business-minded approach to a team known for concierge-level service and genuine care for the people they represent.

What Beau loves most about this work is the people. He genuinely enjoys getting to know clients, understanding what matters to them, and walking with them through a decision that shapes their lives. Outside of work, Beau is active in his church and enjoys reading, working out, college football Saturdays, and time with family and friends.
