Becca Liang

Rebecca "Becca" Liang is a lifelong Californian of Los Angeles County, growing up in Hacienda Heights which is a part of the San Gabriel Valley. Being a proud graduate of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and a Teaching Credential from Cal Poly Pomona in 2011, Becca worked with middle and high school students in Math. In 2014, she qualified to take and pass the California Broker exam, surpassing the requirements for the Salesperson license most Realtors have. After working behind the scenes at a high-producing Escrow Office in Arcadia, CA in 2013, Becca went on to assisting a high-profile luxury agent team in Beverly Hills, CA in 2016, which has expanded her range of experience. She's worked for and with the Best of the Best in Real Estate. She values the endless potential Real Estate brings and has become a real estate investor herself, owning and managing a couple doors.

Being a full time Realtor and Investor, Becca works with a wide scope of clients, contractors, architects, developers, agents, home sellers and buyers, tenants, landlords, and various vendors throughout Southern California, typically Los Angeles and Orange County. She has seen and worked an extensive range of real estate deals from $400,000 starter investment properties all the way to $100M mansions. She enjoys being a small percentage of professionals who has a deep understanding of real estate dynamics and wide network for off-market real estate.

Becca's problem-solving & negotiation skills, knowledge of the market dynamics, industry resources, and creative marketing have been essential to her success in achieving results for her clients. She deeply values her clients' trust in her ability to handle one of their biggest assets. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, Beverly Hills Women's Council of Realtors, and part of a Real Estate Investor Mentorship.
