Becca Rivas

Becca Rivas is a Houston REALTOR® with Compass Real Estate and Batagower Group, serving residential real estate clients throughout Katy, Richmond, and Houston. Licensed in 2026, Becca primarily represents buyers and has already completed four lease transactions in her first three months in real estate. Her areas of focus include first-time homebuyers, families, downsizers, and relocation clients.

Before beginning her real estate career, Becca spent nearly 20 years serving families and building community through church ministry in both the River Oaks and Katy areas. That experience shapes the way she works with clients today: she listens carefully, takes time to understand what matters to each person, and approaches every relationship with empathy and genuine care. As a Houston native who grew up in Bellaire, and moved to Katy in 2015, Becca also brings firsthand knowledge of the area and an understanding of how important schools, neighborhoods, and community can be when choosing a home.

Becca is passionate about making the real estate process feel personal rather than transactional. Whether helping a first-time buyer take their first step into homeownership, a family find a home that fits a changing season of life, a downsizer make a thoughtful move, or a relocating client discover a new community, she strives to make every client feel heard, valued, and cared for—from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
