Outside of real estate, Becci and her husband, Mark, enjoy Colorado’s vibrant outdoor lifestyle, traveling, live music, and renovating homes that just aren't right. Her life philosophy; “This, or something better,” guides her approach for both business and personal endeavors, reminding her clients that every transition holds the potential for something extraordinary.

With over a decade of her own real estate investing, landlord-tenant relationship building. and more than 30-years in property management across Colorado and Washington state, Becci brings an investor’s detailed eye and a strategist’s mindset to every transaction. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2022, she’s leveraged her extensive investing, relationship, and management backgrounds to help her clients make confident and informed decisions. Becci’s professional foundation is built on education, integrity, and connection. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado - Denver, a certificate in Mediation and Public Relations, and she has extensive training in Conflict Resolution and Anger Management. As a nationally designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) she serves people and families in who are making retirement, downsizing, or cross-country transitions. To keep her finger on the market's pulse, she also serves on the Statistics Committee for the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA), contributing to data-driven insights that shape local market understanding.
