Dawn Beckman is a seasoned luxury real estate specialist with over 23 years of experience across residential sales, investment properties, new development, and single- and multi-family residential development. She excels in creating a truly personalized experience, understanding her clients’ needs to match them with the perfect home, neighborhood, and lifestyle. Originally from Michigan, Dawn spent nearly two decades in Boston before relocating west in 2020 to Tamarack Resort. Her dual residency between Tamarack and Boise gives her clients insider knowledge of both resort and urban markets. Outside of real estate, Dawn enjoys skiing, boating, golfing, horseback riding, mountain biking, and travel.

Brian Hurley brings extensive expertise in luxury single- and multi-family new construction sales. Licensed since 2004 and working full-time in real estate since 2011, Brian has guided buyers and sellers through complex transactions in both urban and resort markets. As former Director of Sales for Tamarack Realty and a former License Partner at an international firm in Boston, he has cultivated a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics. Brian’s background as a copywriter at BBDO New York, creating campaigns for major brands, now informs his strategic approach to marketing homes for maximum exposure. He holds a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross and splits his time between Boise and Tamarack Resort.
