Becky's roots trace back to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she cultivated her passion for Political Science, earning a B.A. from Guilford College. Post-graduation, a visit to a relative in Charlotte with her then-boyfriend, now-husband, Scott, sparked a love for the city that would become their cherished home.
With a teaching certificate from Queens College, Becky dedicated five years to educating in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system. Simultaneously, she and Scott indulged their shared interest in real estate, buying and renovating several homes. In 1997, driven by her passion, Becky transitioned into a real estate career, earning the prestigious Cottingham Chalk Rookie of the Year award in her inaugural year. Since then, she has consistently ranked as a top producer in the industry.
Recognizing the stress inherent in real estate transactions, Becky has guided and supported well over a thousand buyers and sellers over the last 27 years. She considers herself fortunate to have found a vocation that aligns with the age-old wisdom, "If you find something you love to do, you will never work a day in your life."
Alongside her husband Scott, Becky resides in the vibrant Southpark area, where they raised their three childrenāMadison, Hampton, and Luke. Beyond her professional pursuits, Becky has been an active community member, volunteering for organizations such as the Barclay Downs HOA, Myers Park High School Baseball program, and various PTA boards. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing tennis, running, expressing her creativity through writing, and applying her artistic touch to interior design.
