Belinda Hicks Broderick

A native Charlottean, Belinda brings a lifetime of local knowledge and insight to her real estate business. Growing up in the SouthPark area, she attended Providence Day School & Myers Park High School building deep roots in the community. Belinda went on to study Special Education at East Carolina University.

Before transitioning to real estate in 2005, Belinda enjoyed a successful 17-year career in the wine distribution industry. Driven by a passion for helping others, she now specializes in assisting clients with buying and selling homes across the Charlotte region, including South Carolina. Having resided in Dilworth & Sedgefield neighborhoods for over 35 years, Belinda has witnessed Charlotte's transformation from a charming southern town to a thriving metropolitan city. This personal experience, combined with her extensive network and expertise, allows Belinda to provide exceptional guidance tailored to each client's needs.

Outside of real estate, Belinda is passionate about supporting causes like Autism Awareness, Habitat for Humanity and the Humane Society and she cherishes time spent in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
